InSpec by BV is a new online product inspections booking platform powered by Bureau Veritas. BV’s dedicated product inspection specialists are located in close to 20 countries around the world, including China, Vietnam, and India.
So you can book your product quality inspections weeks in advance, or even for the next day, and receive your inspections report on the day of inspection. In addition, the platform helps you to reschedule your inspection as necessary.
We carry out over 400,000 inspections and audits every year. Our product inspection team undergoes weeks of intensive training and yearly refresher courses on the latest technologies and processes. Included in this training and the courses are reminders and reinforcements of BV’s Code of Conduct.
We also insist that factories and suppliers adhere to this Code of Conduct:
1. BV’s product inspection specialists relay the Code of Conduct to the factory at the beginning of the inspection appointment. The factory is presented with a copy and taken through the Code of Conduct. Upon completion of this briefing, the factory representative is asked to acknowledge the document’s content by signing it. Afterward, the factory keeps a copy of the Code of Conduct.
2. The document also includes a complaints channel to report any concerns related to the performance of the service.
3. Additionally, we provide a very transparent all-inclusive pricing model with no hidden fees around travel or public holidays when booking online. Users also benefit from access to an online dashboard featuring draft, scheduled and completed inspection reports, all in one handy location.

Hi Fredrick, Unfortunately it seems your links are not working anymore.
Also, does Bureau Veritas provide an international recognized stamp for quality inspection like CSA or UL? As well, do they assist in proper labelling of the product? We need assistance here for a Medical Device.
Hi Kumar,
BV also offers compliance consulting and lab testing services. That is not part of their InSpec platform though… at least not at this point.
