[New] Starter Package: Upload & Share Files With Suppliers

We have added a function to the Starter Package Dashboard that enables our users to upload files and share them directly with team members and suppliers. For example, you and upload, store and share:

1. Product specification files

2. Product images

3. Design drawings

4. Logo files and packaging files

5. Contracts

6. Quotations

7. Test reports, certificates and quality check reports

8. Shipping documents

This is available as of now for all Starter Package users.

Step 1: Login and go to the Dashboard

Click on the Your Files icon

Step 2: File Folder Overview

You can create subfolders and drag-and-drop files you want to upload

Step 3: File Sharing

Click on the file you want to share, and enter the supplier/team member email address, subject and message (optional)

Who can access these files?

The files you upload into this folder can be accessed the Dedicated Expert team at Chinaimportal.com. You should not upload any files you don’t want us to have access to. In addition, you can use the following functions:

a. Guest uploads: Enable suppliers, service providers or other team members to upload and download files.

b. Email sharing: You can share files with suppliers, service providers or your own team members via email. A secure download link will be sent via email. For security reasons, the links expire after 5 days.

Note that the emails are sent from order@chinaimportal.com. Thus, make sure to mention your name and email address in the email message.

SSL Security

Our platform is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private.

Amazon S3

All uploaded files are stored on an Amazon S3 cloud server.

We do not offer insurance or other forms of compensation due to data losses caused by a data breach, hacking, natural disaster, war, IP theft or other events. Further, you must have backup files stored outside of this file space in case any of the mentioned scenarios occur. Please read our terms of service before uploading files.
