Do I need to order the Starter Package before buying this service?

No, but we strongly advise you to, as this is a complement to the Starter Package, which provides you with the tutorials, videos, task lists and document templates you need – to successfully launch a product.

How do I submit a support ticket?

You can submit a ticket via the Message centre in the Dashboard. You also submit a support ticket via the message center whenever you need help with booking a quality inspection, factory audit or shipping.

How do I book a call?

You can book a call directly via the Dashboard.

How can you offer unlimited consulting?

Very few customers ‘abuse’ the conditions of our service. While you may have many questions initially, and at certain stages of the process, we know that our customers have a much better experience when our support is not restricted by a certain number of support tickets.

Do you have any restrictions?

We only allow one business and/or project per upgrade package. As such, several businesses cannot share the same account. In addition, only one product spec review, quality control booking, factory audit booking, lab testing booking and shipment booking are included.

Notice that phone calls are ‘de facto’ restricted to once per week, as we often don’t have time for more than that. However, we will help to the extent we can.

Can I expect a reply or phone call whenever I need it?

We normally reply to support tickets within 24 hours (working days). The waiting time for a phone call is normally 1 to 3 working days.

Will you help me order samples and negotiate with suppliers?

No, we don’t engage directly with the supplier, as we cannot control the time this may require. Further, it’s far more effective for the buyer and supplier to communicate directly, rather than having an intermediary.

That said, we do help you with strategy advice on how to properly manage the process, and community, with the suppliers.
